The world of work is changing. Job seeking and recruiting are going mobile, along with the workplace in general. New trends are emerging that will affect the work environments of large corporations and small businesses alike. Find out how job seekers and recruiters use social media to search for jobs or candidates, and what they think about “smartworking” – the use of smart devices to enable remote working.
Adecco, the world’s leading provider of HR solutions, conducted a Work Trends Study in late 2015. Over 31,000 job seekers and more than 4,100 recruiters from 27 countries, including Taiwan, took part in this first-of-a-kind survey, sharing their opinions and experiences on the use of social media for recruitment and job search practices. The survey includes not only social recruiting and social job seeking, but also how job seekers and recruiters think about new methods of working and what they mean.
At this event Ian Grundy, Head of Marketing & Communications, Adecco Asia Pacific, will provide insights about the survey findings on social recruiting, digital reputation and emerging trends for the Future of the Workplace.
