近年來國際針對食品安全及管理趨勢,已由關注食品病原微生物、動物用藥及抗生素等傳統食品衛生安全項目,轉變為重視食品安全風險分析、食品供應鏈全程管理等課題,台灣食品安全管理體系也與時俱進,持續以精進法規科學、強化輸入管理、優化製造品質、掌握食品流通及保護消費者為目標,建構完善之食品安全管理體系,以達食在安心之消費環境。
