Event Details

Many businesses look to employee volunteering as an essential means to give back to the society, connect with local communities, while cultivating healthy and engaged employees. However, this meaningful process can be challenging at times, with many obstacles such as complicated logistics, identifying worthwhile projects, maintaining motivation within employees, among others.

AmCham Taipei’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee is delighted to host a workshop on April 8th, to share best practices on volunteer management, and ways to inspire employees to participate in CSR work. Senior representatives from contrasting industries will deliver presentations on:
  • Overview of their CSR projects
  • "Why" companies are wanting to involve employees to participate
  • "How" companies motivate and organize employees to participate
  • "What" can companies get from this process

A panel discussion will follow, where the speakers will convene on the challenges, solutions, and advice to the audience.
