Design thinking is a powerful problem-solving process that lets any group of people innovate an out-of-box solution to problems at work. You do not need to be a designer to use design thinking. It is a powerful process for identifying unfulfilled needs and undefined problems and then co-creating innovating solutions which no traditional problem-solving tool can do.
You can use design thinking at any level: from creating your company’s vision to developing your business strategy, from developing a killer app to promoting it among target consumers, from running effective meetings to creating powerful presentations... Design thinking process works with solving any complex problem.
The participants at this seminar will learn to apply design thinking to a real business case —and see how even with a group of strangers — they can learn to identify root causes, discover unfulfilled needs, create tentative solutions, develop prototypes, and iterate those prototypes rapidly to come out with innovative solutions that no single person in the room would have been able to do on their own.Agenda
